Website scan requests: website address, email address, phone number, scan page, basic technical scan results and attribution details such as UTM parameters or click IDs where present.
Contact and project forms: name, company, email, phone, website, service interest, message, desired outcome, timeframe and budget where you choose to provide them.
Analytics and advertising measurement: page path, event names, campaign source and consent state. We do not send personal form details to analytics or advertising platforms.
How we use your data
To run the website scan you requested, prepare a human-reviewed response and send acknowledgement or follow-up emails.
To respond to contact, support and project enquiries.
To measure which pages, campaigns and calls to action generate enquiries, only where consent allows non-essential analytics or advertising measurement.
